SitafacilMy own product. It started from a real two-location business running appointments, names, dates and payments on paper. One platform to capture that flow and publish services and packages. About

How I work

I'd rather understand the whole system before touching one part of it. It's the only way I know to keep one change from breaking something else.

I start by modelling an architecture that fits the problem at hand. Before I settle on that model I look at it from several angles and work out what the client is going to need: whatever doesn't make it in gets expensive later. From there I iterate on each vertical. I talk to the client directly, because the delays I've seen are almost never technical — they're about communication.
